An original new play by Luke Palmer. When two recent college grads lose their friend in an unprecedented accident with a drunk driver, they decide to honor his memory by producting the best play he ever wrote. Little do they know it's also the only play he ever wrote, but that's beside the point. Taking the project to Kickstarter, they quickly gain the attention and funds of millions of donors, and the process quickly turns into a downward spiral as both of them start to crack under the pressure of national attention. With elements of dark comedy and psychological thriller combined, "Memento Maury" deals with the thigns we do to keep ourselves awake and what being awake really means in the first place.
