An evening of original plays and music on the theme of love and companionship in its many forms.
"Speed Date" -- Ten minutes to summarize a lifetime. That's all that Michael and Andrea have, but in that time their entire relationship unfolds beautifully in this play by David Susman.
"Get Hurt" by J.E. Nelson -- After missing the bus in a strange city, Stacey offers Julian a place to stay for the night. But after an evening of passion, they quickly learn that neither of them is the person they seem to be and that they're both running from things in their life they'd rather forget. J.E. Nelson's play examines why we are the way we are and what happened to us to get hurt so badly.
"Small Briefcase" -- Lance seeks help with his dying relationship from the god of love, who (despite all the rumors) does not like being called Cupid and just wants to get on with his day of binge watching AMC. This play by Jaimie Gaskell focuses on the fickleness of love, the mundane nature of godhood and the omnipresence of paperwork.
Throughout the evening we will have live, original music from local artists. Arrive early to see their full set!
